The House Bills 4209 and 4210 modify penalties for those engaging the services of a minor from a 93-day misdemeanor to a five-year felony and/or up to $10,000 fine and amend sentencing guidelines accordingly.
NewsLatest Ceremony honoring 9/11 anniversary Friday, 25 June 2010 - Administrator /images/news5.jpgThe Michigan House of Representatives commemorated the 13th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks by honoring the four first responders from Michigan who lost their lives in the line of duty in the past year. As a part of the ceremony, state Rep. Eileen Kowall was joined by Chief Adam Kline of the White Lake Township Police Department and Chief John Lyman of the Waterford Regional Fire Department.
